Ok, i need tshirts made! Help me!

Tue Nov 13, 2007, 10:59 AM

:wave:My Live Journal Community: For anyone interested in my art.:tunes:

**STUFF & THINGS**

I really want to find somewhere better to get items made. Shirts in particular. It has to be somewhere that has a huge variety of shirt types and a good selection of colors. Zazzle has served me well, but Im sure there must be somewhere = where there's more that can be done with the shirts.

I'd also like a place where I can have the shirts and things made for cheaper than retail but arnt gonna want me to print hundreds upon thousands of shirts.

Even better would be somewhere that can send  me some samples.

Does any one have any suggestions. If there is a shirt printing place in the UK, even better!

OK, Here we go then. As you know I always work on the principle that if you want a job doing well do it yourself. conciquently we have been creating our own T-shirts using iron on transfers. This allows me as many colours as I want and 20 all of one design costs the same as 1 of 20 different designs. I would ad that the it's a particualy good tech if you use alot of colours in your design.

After a couple of crap ones I finaly found a suplier of decent transfer seets on ebay at [link]
I've had the T-shirts we produce through a washing machine several times now and they are still in good nick.

Blank T-shirts I get from [link]
They have a decent range and infact I've now moved the company behind the Ebay shop [link] but that dose requier orders of over £100+vat value.
It should be noted I'm mostly using these sources because they are the best I've found for printing BLACK and vivid couloured T-shirts. This may suit you well too.

Just started doing shirts myself. I'll leave this on my screen and post what I can in the morning when I have time to dig out details.

Café;press is really the only one of the kind that I know... and I know that they have a branch which operates in the UK. I've been thinking of selling stuff on there, but never really got round to designing anything.

I've got a hoodie from Cafepress.com

The quality is nice, but it might not be exactly what you're looking for. ^_^ Still, check it out. :D I is wants to order your shirts. Let me know if you find a place to sell them. ^^

You should ask the person who made the Monkey T-shirts at the stall in the market we went too (the one at the old Horse Hopital). ^^ I wonder how she makes them

I've bought a shirt from Redbubble.com and actually sold a few too now. It's an awesome site and the quality is a lot better than cafe press, and it allows you to make the images bigger!

It has a community set up similar to da.

here's what i've got listed
